1. Engagement
Every project begins with a signed statement of work describing scope, timeline, team and fees. Anything outside that document is a change request, quoted before it starts.

2. Payment
Projects are invoiced 40% on signature, 40% at midpoint and 20% on delivery. Monthly partnerships are invoiced on the first working day of each month. Payment terms are 14 days.
3. Intellectual property
On final payment, all deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you in full. ZONY retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks used to make them.
4. Confidentiality
We treat everything you share as confidential and will sign your NDA. We ask for permission before publishing any case study, and we will always honour a request to stay quiet.
5. Timelines
Schedules assume feedback within three working days. Delays in review shift delivery dates by the same amount, and we will always flag this before it becomes a problem.
6. Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement with 30 days written notice. You pay for work completed to that date and receive every file produced.
7. Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We carry professional indemnity insurance and are happy to share the certificate.
