Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, assess your application, and — if you opt in — send one studio letter a month. We never sell data and we never share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted inside the European Union, accessible only to the ZONY team.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries for 24 months, job applications for 12 months, newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to remember your theme preference and privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across sites.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted entirely. Write to hello@zony.uk and we will action it within 30 days.
